loving care when you're not there

Point Cook Pet Care is a local, family-run business celebrating 20 years of caring for pets in 2026.

My connection with the business began as a customer. After my cat, Yoda, came home from boarding with kennel cough, I wanted an alternative that would let him stay in the comfort of his own home. I started using Point Cook Pet Care and, when the opportunity came to buy the business, I jumped at the chance.

I took over in November 2012, just before my second son was born, and the business has grown alongside our family ever since.

Having owned dogs, cats, birds, fish and rabbits over the years, I know how much our pets mean to us. That’s why we take the time to get to know your pets and their routines, giving them care, attention and company while you’re away.

Both my sons have helped with pet visits over the years, and my eldest now offers overnight pet sitting. Alongside our family, our small team has included many local mums, with flexible work that fits around their children’s school hours or their own studies. Supporting local families has always been a special part of the business.

Whether you need home visits, dog walking or overnight care, we’d love to help you feel at ease knowing your pets are in caring hands.

Loving care when you’re not there.

We are here to care for and exercise your best friends when you can’t.  Need your rabbit fed while you’re away?  Your dog walking when you’re at work?  Need some company for your kitty?  Need to get your pup socialised?

Our in-home holiday pet care/pet sitting includes feeding, playing with your pet, grooming, clean-up and daily dog walking if required. You can rely on us whether you’re away for a few days or weeks.

Covering suburbs (but not limited to) Point Cook, Sanctuary Lakes, Seabrook, Altona Meadows, Hoppers Crossing, Williams Landing, Tarneit, Laverton and Truganina and now Wyndham Vale and Werribee!

We also provide daily dog walking services as well as some overnight pet sitting services (subject to staff availability). We are just a bark, meow, or chirp away!

For your peace of mind we have completed police checks and are fully insured.

Wyndham Pet Care & Point Cook Pet Care is an easier and less stressful alternative to using a cattery or kennel for your pets.
