Pet sitting is a service where we provide care and attention to your pets in the comfort of their own home while you're away. This can include feeding, walking, playtime, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Pet sitting offers several advantages, such as allowing your pets to remain in their familiar environment, reducing stress, and maintaining their regular routines. Additionally, it eliminates the potential for exposure to illnesses often found in boarding facilities.
Booking our services is easy! You can visit our "Book" page on the website, click on this 'Book Online' link, or select the ' Book Online' button from the home page. You can also fill out the inquiry form located at the bottom of each page for a quote. Please check your junk mail in case our welcome email goes there.
We always insist on a meet-and-greet before the first walk so you and your dog can get to know the walker. This gives you a chance to ask questions, discuss any specific needs or routines, and ensure your dog feels comfortable.
In order to provide an accurate quote, we will need the number and types of pets you need us to care for, what types of services you require and your home address.
Absolutely. Our pet sitters are experienced, trained, and passionate about caring for animals. We conduct thorough background checks to ensure the safety and security of your pets and home.
Our pet sitters are capable of administering common medications and treatments. Please provide detailed instructions and all necessary medications, and we will follow your pet's medical routine as closely as possible.
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. While we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests and schedule changes based on availability.
We have a reliable system to keep you informed about each walk. After each session, we send updates that include details about the walk - the route taken, and, if you’d like, photos of your dog enjoying their time out. This way, you’ll always know they’re in safe hands and getting the exercise they need.
We understand that some dogs have specific health needs or sensitivities. If your dog needs to avoid strong sunlight due to conditions like Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE), we can arrange walks in the early morning or late afternoon when UV exposure is lower. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. We will never walk dogs in extreme heat.
It can be stressful to board your pet. So if you would prefer to let them stay home while you travel, then we are your go to people.
