If you are a new client, please select the button above and create an account on the 'DoTimely' booking portal. Ensure that you have detailed your contact details including your address and your pets profiles. The portal will not allow you to make a booking request without at least ONE pet profile being created.
In order for us to quote you correctly ensure all pets are detailed and your address is correct
I will manually approve your booking request and it will appear on your portal and in an email to you as an 'invoice'.
Please reply to the email confirming if you wish to go ahead with the booking or not. If the quote is not correct, please advise any changes needed and I will amend and resend. Once happy to proceed, I will organise for a pet sitter to contact you to confirm a suitable time to meet with you. All new bookings require a meet and greet
Use the 'BOOK' button above to log onto your account and make a booking with your usual pet sitter. If they need to collect a key from you, please request a key pick appointment. If we already have your key, this is not required.

It can be stressful to board your pet. So if you would prefer to let them stay home while you travel, then we are your go to people.
